Working with teams is about helping each individual within the team to understand how they collectively contribute to what that team needs to achieve.   A team is like a puzzle everyone has to work out how they all fit together to form the big picture.  The key is to collectively agree on the purpose and outcomes for that particular team.  

Figuring out each individual’s strengths, understanding team dynamics, collaborating and drawing on each other’s ideas, knowing each person’s role but ultimately focused on the agreed outcome is what sets teams up for success.

Dependent on the outcomes that clients want for their specific team, bespoke workshops are designed to ensure those outcomes are delivered during an interactive, fun, engaging workshop that encourages everyone’s input.

Working with teams to be brave and empower themselves by:

  • enabling everyone in the team to discuss and reach consensus on desired outcomes as a collective team
  • defining a team legacy ie: what the team wants to be known for by stakeholders
  • defining success beyond numbers
  • drawing on each individual’s strengths
  • having honest and brave conversations around what’s working and what isn’t
  • defining & aligning goals and deliverables to company strategy
  • defining & aligning team standards to organisational values
  • cross collaborating with other teams to achieve organisational outcomes versus team goals
  • cross collaborating with customer teams to achieve agreed outcomes for both parties
  • providing a safe forum for the team to have an open dialogue around key issues that are impacting day to day interaction, communication and ultimately business outcomes

Teams may include:

  • Intact business units
  • Cross functional project teams (inhouse)
  • Newly established teams
  • Project or service teams (inhouse and external stakeholders or clients)
