Coaching an individual is all about enabling them to own who they are, acknowledge their individual strengths and values, build their personal capability and skills and ultimately be the best they can be professionally and personally.  Clients often sit in a space of comparison and I find myself saying ‘you don’t need to be anybody else; just be you’.   

Individual coaching provides an opportunity to be more effective in their current role and drive better business outcomes because they have raised awareness around their impact and choose to do things in a more constructive and effective way. 

Working with individuals to own who they are and empower themselves by:

Individuals
  • facilitating a line of sight between an individual’s intent versus their actual impact on their key stakeholders
  • enabling individuals to see a connection between role outcomes and achievement and how they behave and interact with those they work with
  • creating a safe and confidential space where clients feel they can be vulnerable and truly engage in honest conversation about themselves with the intent of transformation
  • providing an opportunity for clients to reflect on feedback received from those they work with (internal and external)
  • allowing an individual to go on a journey from awareness, to acceptance and then step into action and focus on outcomes 
  • enabling clients to see the strengths and qualities that are already present for them and formulate action plans on how to further ‘grow’ these as they are already working for them 
  • pulling out the consistent themes that are apparent and focus on those in terms of growth and development 
  • guiding, supporting and providing alternative thinking so that each client can take steps towards their best self (personally & professionally)
  • ultimately transforming and aligning behaviours to their personal Legacy/Brand resulting in sustainable business performance
